Job description
Develop and support Python-based digital solutions for engineering and mining projects.
Work with technical specialists, engineers, and project teams to improve project delivery, operational performance, and technical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Python-based tools, workflows, and applications for mine water and hydrogeological projects.
- Support cloud-based deployment and operation using Microsoft Azure.
- Identify opportunities for digital innovation and process improvement with technical specialists.
- Deliver solutions that improve project efficiency, data quality, and client decision-making.
Key requirements
- 3 to 5 or more years of experience in software development, Python programming, data analytics, or cloud-based application development.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, cloud deployment, GitHub, version control, and collaborative software development.
- Experience developing and maintaining production-grade Python applications and data workflows.
- Understanding of data visualization, automation, and reporting solutions.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, multidisciplinary collaboration, and continuous improvement skills.
