Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of automation solutions using Power Automate Desktop, from requirement analysis to deployment and support

Design, develop, test, and deploy attended and unattended RPA bots

Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define solution approaches

Translate functional requirements into technical workflows and automation scripts

Develop reusable components and frameworks to improve scalability and maintainability

Integrate automation solutions with enterprise systems such as SAP, web applications, databases, Excel, SharePoint, and third-party APIs

Implement robust exception handling, logging, and error recovery mechanisms

Monitor bot performance and ensure high availability, reliability, and optimization

Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), deployment activities, and post-production maintenance

Maintain comprehensive documentation including Process Design Documents (PDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), and runbooks

Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance standards within the organization
