About the Role
A client of Premier Services & Recruitment is seeking a Senior Consultant Informatica CDGC for an onsite role in Riyadh, KSA. The consultant will lead design, implementation, and enablement of enterprise-level Data Governance & Metadata Management solutions using Informatica IDMC.

Responsibilities
- Lead end to end architecture & solution design for CDGC implementations.
- Define structures for metadata governance, lineage, glossary, CDEs, and policy frameworks.
- Establish workflows, RACI models, and governance operating models.
- Configure Catalog, Glossary, Process, Policies, Data Quality, Data Marketplace, and lineage components.
- Build custom metadata templates, domains, and classification rules.
- Implement ingestion through scanners, connectors, APIs, and cloud/on prem platforms.
- Configure automated metadata ingestion & scheduling.
- Build end to end technical lineage and resolve lineage breaks.
- Integrate CDGC with IICS, MDM, ETL tools, BI systems, and Data Lakes.
- Conduct requirement workshops, UAT sessions & governance enablement sessions.
- Prepare HLDs, LLDs, configuration guides, SOPs & runbooks.
- Provide post deployment hyper care and KT handover.
Requirements
- 5 8 years hands on experience with Informatica CDGC / IDMC
- Strong experience in metadata ingestion, lineage configuration, glossary design, classification & policies
- Experience with CDE framework, DQ rules & scorecards
- Solid SQL and understanding of Data Lakes, ETL/ELT & cloud ecosystems
- Familiarity with DAMA DMBOK standards
- Strong communication, stakeholder management & client facing ability
- Ability to run workshops and convert business needs into technical designs

Role Overview
- We are seeking a seasoned Senior Consultant (Informatica CDGC) to lead the design, implementation, and enablement of enterprise level Data Governance & Metadata Management solutions.
- The role requires deep expertise in the Informatica IDMC platform and the ability to translate governance requirements into scalable, high quality technical and functional solutions.
Key Responsibilities

- Define structures for metadata governance, lineage, glossary, CDEs, and policy frameworks.
- Establish workflows, RACI models, and governance operating models.
- Configure Catalog, Glossary, Process, Policies, Data Quality, Data Marketplace, and lineage components.

Required Skills & Experience

- Experience with CDE framework, DQ rules & scorecards.
- Solid SQL and understanding of Data Lakes, ETL/ELT & cloud ecosystems.
- Familiarity with DAMA DMBOK standards.
- Experience defining governance roles, policies, and operating models.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management & client facing ability.
- Ability to run workshops and convert business needs into technical designs.
- Strong documentation, presentation and delivery leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Informatica IDMC / Data Governance certifications.
- Experience in banking, government, or large enterprise programs.
- Experience delivering against national level data regulations like NDMO / NDI (KSA), NPC (Qatar) etc.
- Experience in working with Middle East Region clients.
