Overview
We are seeking a senior, hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist responsible for driving and optimizing digital performance across key platforms including social media, websites, search engines, and online campaigns across the MEA region.
The role focuses on delivering measurable results, maximizing traffic quality, improving user journeys, and converting visitors into qualified leads through data-driven strategies and AI-enabled optimization.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with regional teams to share best practices, enhance digital performance, and support scalable business growth.
Digital Performance & Strategy
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, websites, search, and paid media campaigns.
- Drive lead generation and improve conversion rates and ROI.
- Optimize channel performance, budgets, and campaign effectiveness using data insights.
Channel Management & Optimization
- Manage and optimize SEO, SEM, display advertising, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure alignment with KPIs and business goals.
- Identify performance gaps and recommend improvements.
Ai & Marketing Technology
- Utilize AI tools for campaign optimization, content ideation, A/B testing, and analytics.
- Work with marketing automation and CRM platforms to improve lead management and operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on emerging AI and digital marketing trends.
Website & User Experience
- Monitor website performance and optimize user experience and conversion pathways.
- Ensure SEO best practices are implemented and continuously enhanced.
- Coordinate website updates and issue resolution.
Content & Market Insights
- Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Ensure content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with target audiences.
- Support development of landing pages and campaign content.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Measure and report digital marketing performance across platforms and markets.
- Track KPIs such as traffic quality, conversion rates, and lead generation.
- Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks using tools such as Power BI or similar platforms.
Regional Coordination
- Consolidate and analyze regional performance data.
- Support teams with best practices and digital performance recommendations.
- Assist in the rollout and optimization of digital initiatives, websites, portals, and chatbot solutions.
