Role overview
Deloitte’s Engineering practice provides data management, business intelligence, analytics, cloud, cognitive, and machine learning implementation services.
The role is a Data Testing Analyst position focused on testing data products and solutions across reports and pipelines.
The position supports the Public IBOR team and is based in Hyderabad.
Expected deliverables
- Test data products and solutions across reports and pipelines.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and reliability.
- Work with engineers, data managers, and BI teams.
- Design testing strategies and frameworks.
- Define automated and regression testing.
Technical skills
- Strong SQL is required, with BigQuery preferred, along with dbt and automated testing frameworks.
- Power BI dashboard and DAX testing experience is required.
- CI/CD pipeline and Git workflow experience is required.
- IAM and data governance awareness are required.
- Agile delivery experience with JIRA and Confluence is required.
- Financial services experience, SQL-based testing, Python scripting, and data warehouse testing are required.
