- Plan, organize, and manage construction activities for high end ultra luxury hospitality and residential projects
- Supervise site operations, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, surveyors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor progress and resolve technical or operational issues on site
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Review and approve construction drawings, specifications, and work plans
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship and materials
- Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to senior management
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services
- Oversee cost control, resource allocation, and risk management
- Implement corrective measures for delays, defects, or non compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's/master's degree in civil engineering or construction management
- Proven experience of 20 25 years in managing high end infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards and quality control
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem solving and decision making abilities
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
- Time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines
