- Supervise the construction delivery of mechanical works, ensuring safety, quality, programme, and compliance standards.
- Build strong client and stakeholder relationships, translating vision into actionable plans.
- Drive health, safety, wellbeing, and quality culture across project teams.
- Provide technical expertise, guidance, and support to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Implement quality assurance, safety audits, and continuous improvement for successful project delivery.
- Manage commissioning processes and final close out.
Requirements
- Degree in mechanical or building services engineering
- Experience in delivering different infrastructure plants, e.g., sewage treatment plants, RO water plants, data centers, or generator farms across major projects
- Experience of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical systems
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, quality, and commissioning standards
- Skilled in stakeholder coordination, risk management, and digital tools for planning and reporting
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience working on high valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business
