Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high quality, multi track conference agendas aligned with market trends
- Conduct in depth research to identify key themes, challenges, and opportunities
- Identify, approach, and secure C level executives, government stakeholders, and industry leaders as speakers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the sector
- Work closely with sponsorship and delegate sales teams to drive revenue through content strategy
- Align conference programmes with sponsorship opportunities and commercial objectives
- Partner with marketing teams to shape campaign messaging and positioning
- Develop compelling content for event platforms including websites, brochures, and email campaigns
- Manage the full conference production lifecycle from concept to onsite execution
- Oversee onsite delivery to ensure a seamless speaker and delegate experience
- Track and analyze event performance against key KPIs (attendance, engagement, revenue)
Requirements
- 8–10+ years’ experience in conference production, B2B events, or exhibitions
- Proven experience delivering large scale, commercially driven conferences
- Strong track record engaging with senior stakeholders (C level, government, industry leaders)
- Commercially minded with ability to create content that drives revenue and attendance
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast paced environment

About the Role
- We are seeking a Senior Conference Producer to lead the development and delivery of high impact, commercially driven conference programmes within a large scale international events portfolio.
- This is a strategic, content led and revenue focused role, responsible for creating industry leading agendas, securing senior level speakers, and contributing directly to the commercial success of the events.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high quality, multi track conference agendas aligned with market trends and industry priorities.
- Conduct in depth research to identify key themes, challenges, and opportunities.
- Ensure content is differentiated, commercially viable, and market leading.
- Identify, approach, and secure C level executives, government stakeholders, and industry leaders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the sector.
- Manage speaker onboarding, briefing, and participation end to end.
- Work closely with sponsorship and delegate sales teams to drive revenue through content strategy.
- Align conference programmes with sponsorship opportunities and commercial objectives.
- Contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the conference portfolio.
- Partner with marketing teams to shape campaign messaging and positioning.
- Develop compelling content for event platforms including websites, brochures, and email campaigns.
- Support audience acquisition strategies to drive high quality delegate attendance.
About You
- 8–10+ years’ experience in conference production, B2B events, or exhibitions.
- Proven experience delivering large scale, commercially driven conferences.
- Strong track record engaging with senior stakeholders (C level, government, industry leaders).
