Requirements
- Native or fluent Japanese speaker with strong commercial understanding of the Japanese market
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience with proven track record of exceeding targets
- Strong experience in lead generation, business development, and consultative sales
- Experience in events, exhibitions, conferences, media, or energy sector highly desirable
- Self motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with excellent relationship building skills

Role Overview
- Nouveaux Talents is supporting a leading international Events & Exhibitions organisation in the search for a Japanese speaking Sales Manager to join a high growth commercial team based in Dubai.
- This role offers the opportunity to work with senior decision makers across the global events sector, building strategic partnerships and driving commercial growth across a portfolio of industry leading events.

What We're Looking For
