About the Role
IQ-EQ is looking for a Senior Compliance Consultant to deliver high-quality compliance consulting services to a diverse portfolio of clients. You will lead projects, provide regulatory advice, and support junior team members.

Responsibilities
- Manage and develop client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and delivering ongoing compliance support
- Lead and deliver client projects including compliance monitoring reviews, AML projects, regulatory change initiatives, and FCA mock visits
- Provide expert regulatory advice, draft and review policies, procedures, and reports, and support RegData filings and compliance documentation
- Design and implement risk based monitoring programmes and ensure all compliance deliverables meet regulatory standards
- Support and mentor junior team members while contributing to internal initiatives, knowledge development, and business growth
Requirements
- Experience in financial services, ideally within compliance consulting or a regulated environment
- Strong knowledge of FCA regulations, including AIFMs, MiFIDPRU, and the FCA Handbook
- Practical understanding of asset management, investment banking, or related sectors
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Degree educated or hold relevant professional qualifications (e.g. CISI)
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office tools

What You'll Do

Qualifications
