In this role you will administer, analyze, and continuously improve compensation programs to ensure market competitiveness, internal equity, and alignment with workforce planning and business strategy.
The Senior Compensation Analyst partners closely with HR leadership and business stakeholders to provide data-driven insights, recommendations, and tools that support sound compensation decisions.
This role also focuses on the execution, analysis, and strategic application of compensation programs and market data.
