EPI Power is hiring a Prefabrication Director to lead and scale prefabrication operations in support of complex electrical construction projects, including data centers.
The Prefabrication Director will be responsible for developing and executing a multi‑year prefabrication strategy, overseeing shop operations, and driving continuous improvement across safety, quality, productivity, and cost predictability.
This role partners closely with project leadership, preconstruction, supply chain, virtual design, and field operations to deliver standardized, scalable prefabrication solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
This position provides enterprise‑level leadership with direct influence on operational excellence, innovation, and long‑term growth.
