Senior Commercial Manager - Car Park

• The project:
• Mace is providing client-side secondment consultants and PMC services across a significant portfolio of high-value developments inclusive of significant infrastructure.
• The projects are at various stages of the development cycle and need to be managed through planning, design, procurement, and delivery.
• Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.
• You’ll be responsible for:
• Oversee preparation, execution, and compliance of contracts, warranties, bonds, and licenses.
• Ensure accurate valuations, variation adjustments, and strong cost control with clear reporting.
• Supervise monthly post-contract cost reports and present insights to clients.
• Evaluate contractor claims, advise on completion certificates, and negotiate final accounts.
• Lead and coach teams, driving performance, technical development, and continuous improvement.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and champion net zero carbon transition in project delivery.
• You’ll need to have:
• Proven experience working on high valued and standalone Car Park projects in the UAE.
• Proven experience in commercial management, risk management, and change control.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, measurement methods, and BIM applications.
• Skilled in negotiation, analysis, digital tools, and sustainability practices.
• Professional membership or working towards MRICS/RICS (or equivalent).
