Responsibilities
- Drive regional commercial growth by identifying and securing high value opportunities across marine, offshore, and shipyard sectors
- Maximize fleet utilization and chartering by negotiating charter fixtures, commercial terms, and contractual agreements
- Deliver end to end tender success by leading preparation of competitive costings, technical commercial proposals, and major tender submissions
- Cultivate elite industry relationships with vessel owners, brokers, and key maritime stakeholders across the GCC region
- Collaborate with internal shipyard, operations, and finance teams to ensure flawless project execution and accurate commercial administration
Requirements
- 8 years’ experience within shipbroking, vessel chartering or offshore marine operations
- Strong knowledge of offshore vessel markets, chartering activity and commercial dynamics across the GCC region
- Experience in negotiating charter parties, offshore contracts and wider commercial agreements
- Commercially driven with proven ability to identify opportunities, build relationships and win business

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and secure high value commercial opportunities across the marine, offshore, and shipyard sectors
- Negotiate charter fixtures, commercial terms, and contractual agreements directly with owners, charterers, and brokers
- Lead the preparation of competitive costings, technical commercial proposals, and major tender submissions
- Develop and sustain a powerful network of executive level relationships with vessel owners, brokers, and key maritime stakeholders across the GCC region
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal shipyard, operations, and finance teams to ensure flawless project execution
Profile
- 8 years’ experience within shipbroking, vessel chartering or offshore marine operations
- Strong knowledge of offshore vessel markets, chartering activity and commercial dynamics across the GCC region
- Experience in negotiating charter parties, offshore contracts and wider commercial agreements
- Commercially driven, with proven ability to identify opportunities, build relationships and win business
- Ambitious and looking for a move where you can develop into a senior management role
