About The Role
This is a
hands-on transformation role.
You’ll lead the design, hardening, and governance of our
Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
- Harden and secure M365 (Conditional Access, Zero Trust, Defender, DLP)
- Design and enforce Azure governance (landing zones, policies, RBAC)
- Strengthen identity & access (Entra ID, lifecycle automation, least privilege)
- Enhance endpoint management (Intune, compliance, device security)
- Deploy and integrate enterprise security tooling
- Drive automation (PowerShell) and reduce configuration drift
- Produce standards, SOPs, and architecture documentation
What We’re Looking For
- 7–12 years in Azure & Microsoft 365 engineering
- Strong experience with
- Zero Trust, RBAC, Intune, and security tooling
- Background in
- enterprise transformations or greenfield builds
- Solid scripting, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
- Proactive, independent, and security-first mindset
