- Manage day to day client service operations
- Handle client inquiries and operational requests promptly and professionally
- Process fund transfers and international securities settlements
- Monitor corporate actions and asset reconciliations
- Coordinate client onboarding activities locally and internationally
- Process invoices and payment reconciliations
- Prepare operational reports and performance analysis
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CME 1 Certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Securities Services, Custody Operations, Banking Operations, or Capital Markets
- Strong knowledge of CMA regulations
- Experience in custody operations and securities settlements
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong relationship management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
