Monitor systems and respond effectively to incidents and emergencies.
Analyze operational data and generate reports to support decision-making.
Improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience in control room operations or similar roles.
Strong experience in team management and leadership.
Excellent data analysis and technical skills.
Ability to work under pressure with strong decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
