Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of civil engineering projects using advanced software tools and industry standards.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate civil engineering principles into project designs.
- Oversee project budgets and timelines and track delivery progress.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers through training and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with local and international engineering regulations, safety requirements, and quality standards.
- Prepare project reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Engage with clients to understand needs, expectations, and satisfaction requirements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and technologies through workshops and conferences.
