Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day construction activities and handle site labor and contractors.
- Read structural and architectural drawings accurately and execute the work on site.
- Inspect incoming cement, sand, steel, and other construction materials.
- Ensure concrete mixing and brickwork are completed according to standards.
- Maintain daily progress reports, material stock registers, and labor attendance.
- Perform column layout, centerline marking, and leveling on the site.
- Ensure workers follow safety rules and wear helmets and boots on site.
Pay
- Pay ranges from ₹21,236.66 to ₹63,359.81 per month.
Work Location
- The work location is hybrid remote in Jalna, Maharashtra.
Role Requirements
- The role requires the ability to interpret drawings, inspect construction quality, maintain site records, perform layout and leveling, and enforce safety practices.
