Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction work and manage site labor and contractors.
- Read architectural and structural drawings and execute the work on site accordingly.
- Check incoming materials, including cement, steel, and sand, and maintain construction quality.
- Maintain daily progress reports, material consumption logs, and labor attendance.
- Take accurate site measurements and assist with client and vendor billing.
- Ensure safety rules and cleanliness are followed on the construction site.
Requirements
- B.E. or B.Tech in Civil Engineering, or a Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience is listed as a placeholder for freshers or candidates with 1-3 years and is not specified definitively.
- Strong understanding of civil construction processes, layout marking, and basic AutoCAD and Excel knowledge.
- Good communication, leadership skills, and the ability to handle pressure.
Compensation
- Pay ranges from ₹10,890.30 to ₹35,000.00 per month.
