Senior Change Analyst, Artificial Intelligence Platform

Deliver robust change impact, stakeholder and readiness assessments that inform implementation and adoption planning.

Provide evidence-based advice on adoption risks, workforce implications, resistance patterns and capability gaps.

Establish meaningful adoption measures, dashboards and reports that produce actionable insights.

Develop practical training, guidance, communication and capability resources that support new ways of working.

Build productive relationships across program, technology, data and business areas to validate findings and support adoption.

Postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience, education and training.

Extensive experience as a Senior Change Analyst or in a similar role supporting complex digital transformation initiatives.

Advanced knowledge of contemporary change methodologies, including impact assessment, stakeholder analysis and readiness evaluation.

Strong analytical capability, with the ability to translate complex information into practical insights and recommendations.

Highly developed engagement, facilitation and influencing skills, including experience working with senior leaders and within a higher education context.
