Disability Advisor

Deliver responsive, high-quality advice, advocacy and support to students with disability.

Develop and review effective academic reasonable adjustment plans with students and staff.

Use service data and student feedback to identify gaps and implement targeted improvements.

Strengthen collaborative relationships and referral pathways with internal and external partners.

Deliver educational initiatives that promote accessibility and inclusive practice across the University.

A tertiary qualification in Allied Health, Education, Social Work or a related field.

Extensive experience supporting and advising a diverse range of clients with disability.

Knowledge of relevant disability discrimination, education standards, anti-discrimination and privacy legislation.

Strong advocacy, negotiation and communication skills, including experience presenting to varied audiences.

Proven ability to manage competing priorities, build collaborative relationships and use Microsoft 365 and CRM platforms.
