Role Overview
TD is hiring a Senior Business Systems Analyst for the Reporting Platform team within Treasury and Balance Sheet Management Technology.
The team delivers data, reporting, and analytics solutions supporting Treasury, Finance, Risk, and regulatory functions.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams for reporting and data platform initiatives.
- Manage relationships, priorities, and requirements across project and business-as-usual activities.
- Elicit and document requirements and translate them into functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
- Investigate production issues, analyze data, and support business inquiries using SQL.
- Coordinate functional testing and collaborate with developers, technical leads, and support teams.
- Communicate complex business and technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Required Qualifications
- Have at least five years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a related role.
- Have strong business and functional requirements management experience.
- Use SQL independently to query and analyze data.
- Have advanced Microsoft Excel skills for analysis, reconciliation, validation, and reporting.
