Senior Business Process Analyst

The position is focused on delivering performance-based IT services and repeatable solutions.

Our team is looking for a developer that can support applications in a cloud-based, large-scale enterprise environment with the goal of learning new technologies to optimize efficiency and improve performance.

As such, this individual must be able to manage assigned tasks and solve technical problems and be able to work well individually and in small to medium-sized teams.

This government position REQUIRES US Citizenship and to be in Ashburn, VA, twice a week

• Learn and s upport the implementation of workflow and rules technolog y integration across multiple applications
• Manage assigned tasks to completion within a team of 15 developers.
• Identify and resolv e technical issues that arise
• Work independently
• E mploy ingenuity and creativity to develop new technical solutions and systems to achieve functional objectives
• Communicate with internal team members across multiple areas and client team members.
• Research, evaluate, and stay current on emerging tools, techniques, and technologies including cloud services

• Knowledge of workflows and rules engines
• Experience in Java
• Experience with agile-based implementations
• Strong communication skills with ability to interact effectively across multiple teams

• 2 years of experience in implementing software solutions
