  • We function as a high end marketing agency and business incubator, unifying five core verticals: branding & marketing, fashion design & atelier, e commerce infrastructure, design & spatial services, and operational management.

The Opportunity

  • We are seeking three fully remote Business Development Managers to accelerate B2B client acquisition for Cobra’s premium marketing, branding, and creative growth services.
  • BDM 1 (Design Vertical): Must have network with premium design companies, creative studios, and luxury fashion/lifestyle brands.
  • BDM 2 (Real Estate Vertical): Must have network with high end real estate developers, agencies, and luxury property portfolios.
  • BDM 3 (Furniture Vertical): Must have network with premium furniture brands, luxury interior fit outs, and high end decor manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Niche Lead Generation: Utilize specific industry database to identify high value B2B prospects.
  • Strategic Client Outreach: Execute structured outbound strategy to initiate contact with decision makers.
  • Pipeline Tracking & Optimization: Maintain disciplined, metrics driven record of outreach pipeline.
  • Seamless Pipeline Handover: Secure qualified agency opportunities and transition to internal executive team.

Compensation & Future Outlook

  • Initial Phase: 100% commission based with high percentage payout on every secured contract.
  • Future Plan: Position transitions to full time with fixed base salary, closing commissions, UAE residency visa, and standard benefits upon scaling milestones.

Professional Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience within UAE/Dubai or GCC luxury landscape.
  • Must possess active corporate network in Design, Real Estate, or Furniture.
  • Proven ability to manage sales pipeline independently in remote environment.
  • Must currently hold valid UAE residency/work visa.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills in English.
