About the Role
Cobra Collective seeks an entrepreneurial Marketing & Content Manager for a part-time, remote, commission-based role to lead marketing initiatives across luxury verticals in the GCC.

- Develop and execute tailored B2B and B2C marketing strategies for GCC expansion
- Cultivate a sophisticated brand voice and write premium English content for LinkedIn, email campaigns, presentations, and digital channels
- Partner with internal fashion, spatial design, and e commerce teams to capture brand narrative
- Oversee social media and content calendars, execute digital marketing campaigns, and track analytics
- Support client communication, prepare reports and presentations, and identify new opportunities for audience engagement
Requirements
- Must possess own valid UAE visa (Freelance, Spouse, or Independent sponsorship)
- Background in luxury, fashion, interior design, or premium consumer brands is strongly preferred
- Strong skills in marketing strategy development, campaign planning, and brand positioning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with common marketing platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute tailored B2B and B2C marketing strategies designed to expand Cobra Collective’s footprint across the UAE and GCC luxury markets.
- Cultivate a sophisticated brand voice. Brainstorm and write highly engaging, premium English content for LinkedIn, email campaigns, presentations, and digital channels.
- Partner with internal fashion, spatial design, and e commerce teams to capture the perfect brand narrative for each project.
- Oversee the social media and content calendars, execute digital marketing campaigns, and track basic analytics to ensure continuous growth.
Qualifications
- Visa Status: Must possess your own valid UAE visa (Freelance, Spouse, or Independent sponsorship).
- Mindset: A true startup mentality—someone who loves a creative challenge, works independently, and wants a lucrative side project.
- Experience: Background in luxury, fashion, interior design, or premium consumer brands is strongly preferred.
- Strategy & Positioning: Strong skills in marketing strategy development, campaign planning, and brand positioning suited to premium and luxury segments.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling narratives for B2B and B2C audiences.
- Tools: Proficiency with common marketing platforms; experience with advanced systems like Salesforce or Oracle NetSuite is a strong plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
