About the Role
Brainvire Infotech seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to drive enterprise sales in the UAE and GCC. The role involves owning a USD 3M annual revenue target, building relationships with Adobe, Shopify, and Odoo partner teams, and leading consultative sales.

Responsibilities
- Own and achieve USD 3M annual services revenue target.
- Generate and maintain 3–4x qualified sales pipeline.
- Acquire new enterprise customers and grow existing accounts.
- Build strong relationships with Adobe, Shopify, and Odoo partner teams.
- Drive partner led and direct sales opportunities.
- Lead end to end consultative sales from discovery to deal closure.
- Prepare solution proposals with internal practice and delivery teams.
- Own pricing, commercial negotiations, and contract closure.
- Build relationships with C level executives and key decision makers.
- Represent Brainvire at industry events and partner forums.
- Ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Alliances, Engineering, and Delivery teams.

- Ability to manage multiple enterprise opportunities simultaneously
- High level of ownership and accountability
- Comfortable working across UAE, India, US time zones
- Willingness to travel frequently across UAE and GCC
- Periodic travel to Brainvire's India delivery centers

Compensation
- Pay: AED20.00 AED32.00 per month
