Role Expectations

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple enterprise opportunities simultaneously.
  • High level of ownership and accountability.
  • Comfortable working across UAE, India, US time zones.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across UAE and GCC.
  • Periodic travel to Brainvire's India delivery centers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and achieve USD 3M annual services revenue target.
  • Generate and maintain 3–4x qualified sales pipeline.
  • Acquire new enterprise customers and grow existing accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with Adobe, Shopify, and Odoo partner teams.
  • Drive partner led and direct sales opportunities.
  • Lead end to end consultative sales from discovery to deal closure.
  • Prepare solution proposals with internal practice and delivery teams.
  • Own pricing, commercial negotiations, and contract closure.
  • Build relationships with C level executives and key decision makers.
  • Represent Brainvire at industry events and partner forums.
  • Ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Alliances, Engineering, and Delivery teams.

Compensation

  • Pay: AED20.00 AED32.00 per month
