Position Overview

  • The Senior Business Development Manager – Fast Track & POP Division is responsible for generating and converting business within Rely’s fast-track and POP segment.
  • The role focuses on POP displays, retail execution, activations, exhibitions, and event structures, with a strong emphasis on high-speed, short-cycle projects.
  • A key priority of this role is expanding Rely’s presence in the Duty Free segment by securing new clients, developing vendor relationships, and driving repeat business within travel retail environments.
  • The position carries full ownership of originating opportunities, building client relationships, managing the full business development cycle, and converting opportunities into awarded projects aligned with revenue and margin objectives.
  • The role reports directly to Top Management.

Core Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business across POP displays, activations, exhibitions, and fast-track retail projects
  • Grow existing key accounts including MARS and Hypermedia, with a focus on repeat and high-frequency work
  • Expand into Duty Free by targeting operators, brands, and retail stakeholders, including vendor registrations and framework agreements
  • Build relationships with marketing agencies, brand teams, and activation partners to position Rely as a preferred execution partner
  • Manage the full business development cycle from lead generation through contract award, with strong focus on speed and conversion
  • Coordinate closely with design, estimation, production, and procurement teams to ensure fast turnaround and commercially viable proposals
  • Maintain a structured and prioritized pipeline of opportunities aligned with the fast-track business model
  • Filter opportunities to ensure strategic alignment and efficient use of internal resources
