Role Overview

  • TalentHive is an ambitious executive search and talent advisory business with a growing reputation across the GCC.
  • We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive the next phase of our growth across the region.
  • This is a pure hunting role focused on winning new Technology clients across the GCC.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Drive new business across the GCC Technology market.
  • Build relationships with Founders, CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, CHROs and senior hiring leaders.
  • Identify and secure new partnerships across AI, FinTech, SaaS, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Data, Gaming, Product & Engineering and Digital sectors.
  • Develop and execute a proactive commercial growth strategy.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of strategic opportunities.
  • Lead commercial meetings, proposals and contract negotiations.
  • Represent TalentHive across the regional Technology ecosystem through networking and industry engagement.
  • Partner with our delivery team to ensure an exceptional client experience.
  • Consistently exceed commercial growth and revenue targets.

Who We're Looking For

  • A proven track record in Technology Recruitment, Technology Executive Search or Technology Talent Solutions.
  • Demonstrated success winning new business within the Technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of the GCC Technology market.
  • Experience engaging C level executives and senior decision makers.
  • A consultative, relationship led approach with excellent commercial and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive, resilient and entrepreneurial mindset.
