Role overview
Build and own a growth pipeline of high-end holiday-home properties in Dubai.
Focus on villas, penthouses, and signature apartments in prime communities rather than volume units.
Own the property growth portfolio from sourcing through signed contract and live performance.
What the role owns
- Source and close owners of premium properties across Dubai's prime communities.
- Assess the difference between a good unit and a good listing and demonstrate the commercial case to owners.
- Build relationships with developers, brokers, family offices, and private landlords.
- Own performance from first conversation to signed contract to live and performing property.
- Represent the brand in negotiations with property owners and other stakeholders.
Candidate requirements
- A real track record in holiday homes or short-term rentals in the UAE is required.
- Knowledge of luxury property pricing and factors that affect average daily rate is required.
- Strong ownership of targets, follow-ups, and commercial problems is required.
- Commercial understanding of revenue, occupancy, average daily rate, and DET compliance is required.
- A network in Dubai's property market and the credibility to use it is required.
