The company is seeking an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to expand its clientele and grow its property investment portfolio.
The role is focused on sustainable financial growth through increased sales and strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Research new markets and customer needs.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Promote company services and address or anticipate client objectives.
- Prepare sales contracts in accordance with applicable rules and guidelines.
- Maintain records of sales, revenue, and invoices.
- Provide feedback and after-sales support.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Develop entry-level staff into effective salespeople.
Requirements and Skills
- At least three years of experience as a Business Development Manager or in a relevant holiday-homes role is required.
- A proven sales track record and customer support experience are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is required.
- Fluency in English is required, while an additional foreign language is encouraged.
- Market knowledge, communication, negotiation, rapport-building, time management, and planning skills are required.
- A BSc or BA in business administration, sales, or a relevant field is required.
