Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities
- Build strategic partnerships with fitness chains, gyms, boutique studios, wellness brands, coaches, health platforms, and health tech companies
- Leverage existing network to create commercial opportunities and accelerate growth
- Lead negotiations and independently close partnership agreements
- Develop new markets, distribution channels, and commercial collaboration models
- Build long term relationships with key stakeholders across the industry
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- Collaborate closely with the founding team to develop and execute growth strategies
- Identify scalable revenue opportunities and new business models
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, sales, or commercial growth roles
- Proven track record of closing strategic partnerships and high value commercial deals
- Strong and active network within the fitness, wellness, health tech, sports tech, or consumer health sectors
- Experience developing and executing growth and market expansion strategies
- Exceptional negotiation, relationship building, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast moving startup environment

What You'll Do
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities.
- Build strategic partnerships with fitness chains, gyms, boutique studios, wellness brands, coaches, health platforms, and health tech companies.

Compensation
