Our platform helps people move, train, and stay consistent by connecting fitness businesses, wearable data, and digital wellness experiences into one scalable ecosystem.
We are at the beginning of our growth journey and looking for a Founding Partnership Manager who can build strategic relationships with gyms, studios, wellness brands, and health-tech companies.
This is not a traditional account management role.
We are looking for someone who can open doors, identify commercial opportunities, and close partnerships that create real growth.
The Role
- As our Founding Partnership Manager, you will own the full partnership lifecycle — from identifying opportunities and leading negotiations to structuring deals and building long-term strategic relationships.
- You will work directly with the founders and have influence across:
- growth,
- go-to-market,
- partnerships,
- and product direction.
- This is an opportunity to build the function from the ground up.
What You'Ll Do
- Identify and prioritise strategic partnership opportunities across fitness, wellness, and health-tech
- Lead outreach, negotiations, and deal execution independently
- Build partnerships with gyms, studios, wearable brands, coaches, and B2B wellness platforms
- Develop scalable partnership models including:
- co-marketing,
- affiliate,
- reseller,
- integration and distribution partnerships
- Represent the company at industry events and within the fitness-tech ecosystem
- Work closely with product and marketing to translate partnerships into commercial growth
- Track pipeline performance, conversions, and partnership impact
Who We'Re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales
- Experience in fitness, wellness, consumer tech, or health-tech is a strong plus
- Proven ability to close deals and build strategic commercial relationships
- Strong commercial instinct and understanding of what makes a valuable partnership
- Comfortable operating independently in an early-stage startup environment
- Proactive, entrepreneurial, and opportunity-driven
- Existing network within fitness, wellness, or health-tech is highly valuable
- Builder mindset: you want to create systems, not just manage them

A Note On Compensation
This is currently an equity-only role.
There is no fixed salary at this stage.
We are intentionally transparent about this because we are looking for people who genuinely believe in the vision and want to help build something with long-term potential.
