Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of business setup services including Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation
- Handle all documentation clearing, submissions, renewals, and approvals with UAE government authorities
- Oversee and execute PRO services such as visa processing, labor contracts, Emirates ID, license renewals, and cancellations
- Coordinate with clients to collect required documents and ensure accuracy and compliance
- Maintain strong relationships with government departments and service centers
- Track and manage timelines for all applications, renewals, and approvals
- Provide clients with updates, guidance, and professional support throughout the setup process
- Ensure all documentation is filed, recorded, and maintained properly
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
- Train and supervise junior staff involved in documentation and PRO tasks
Requirements
- Experience in business setup management and PRO services in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE government procedures (DED, MOHRE, Immigration, Municipality, etc.)
- Ability to manage end to end business setup activities
