Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of business setup services (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore)
- Advise clients on company formation options, structures, and requirements
- Handle all PRO activities including visa processing, labor contracts, Emirates ID, license renewals, cancellations, and government submissions
- Prepare, review, and process all required documentation for business setup
- Coordinate with government authorities (DED, MOHRE, Immigration, Municipality, Free Zones, etc.)
- Maintain accurate records of applications, timelines, and approvals
- Provide clients with updates, guidance, and professional support throughout the process
- Conduct consultations and convert leads into active clients
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of UAE Mainland & Free Zone procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage clients professionally from start to finish
