Opportunity Overview

  • IFG is partnering with leading financial institutions on multiple contract opportunities for experienced Senior Business Analysts and Business Systems Analysts to support large scale technology, finance reporting, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • We are seeking professionals with 7+ years of Business Analysis experience who thrive in fast paced environments and have a proven track record of delivering complex business and technology projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements gathering sessions and facilitate stakeholder workshops across business and technology teams
  • Document current and future state business processes and workflows
  • Gather and document business, functional, system, and data requirements
  • Support software implementation, system integration, and finance transformation initiatives
  • Perform impact analysis on business processes, systems, and data structures
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify gaps and recommend effective solutions
  • Develop key project artifacts including BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, test cases, acceptance criteria, and UAT documentation
  • Support testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and implementation activities
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiencies

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst
  • Strong experience delivering enterprise software implementation, system integration, or finance transformation projects
  • Proven experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and managing business and technical requirements
  • Hands on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Lucidchart for Agile delivery and process documentation
  • Strong experience documenting business processes, workflows, BRDs, user stories, and functional specifications
  • Experience with data analysis, data lineage, data quality, and reporting processes is considered an asset
  • Previous experience within Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Asset Management, Capital Markets, or Wealth Management is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills
