- Analyze and map end to end business processes, including operational workflows and user experiences
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and reduce operational pain points
- Define future state processes, business rules, and operating standards
- Gather, define, and prioritize business needs, translating them into clear and actionable requirements
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment and provide practical recommendations to support decision making
- Measure and articulate business value, including improvements in timelines, costs, quality, and productivity
- Develop and maintain process documentation, procedures, business rules, and organizational standards
- Lead key workshops and working sessions to clarify requirements, facilitate decisions, and align stakeholders
- Support implementation activities including solution feasibility assessments, impact analysis, change management, user adoption, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 8 12 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, and/or transformation initiatives
- Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and operational teams
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and executive communication skills
- Bilingual in English and French
- AI literacy and proficiency with AI tools considered strong assets

Position Overview
- The Senior Business Analyst plays a key role in driving transformation initiatives by analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes in close partnership with Business Owners and senior leadership.
- This role focuses on creating sustainable value across RCL’s brands and corporate functions, including Finance, Human Resources, and Information Technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and map end to end business processes, including operational workflows and user experiences.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and reduce operational pain points.
- Define future state processes, business rules, and operating standards.
- Gather, define, and prioritize business needs, translating them into clear and actionable requirements.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment and provide practical recommendations to support decision making.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, combined with 8–12 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, and/or transformation initiatives.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with senior leadership and operational teams to drive business outcomes and organizational change.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and executive communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Results oriented professional with a structured approach, strong attention to detail, and a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, collaborate, and facilitate workshops within complex, cross functional environments.
- Bilingual in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively with teams, stakeholders, and business partners across Canada; AI literacy and proficiency with AI tools are considered strong assets.
