Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with brand objectives, campaign priorities, and business goals.
- Own and manage the social content calendar across platforms, ensuring consistent storytelling and engagement.
- Lead the end to end content creation process, including briefing, capturing, editing, and publishing social first content.
- Create engaging photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
- Monitor social trends, platform updates, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
- Track and analyze performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or a related field
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging social platforms
- Strong content creation and video editing skills with proficiency in CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
- Bilingualism in English and French

What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging social platforms, along with experience using social media management and analytics tools.
- Strong content creation and video editing skills, with proficiency in CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Bilingualism in English and French, with the ability to create compelling content and connect with audiences across Canada.
