The position requires strong agile experience, digital product experience, financial services knowledge, and an interest in mobile banking.
Responsibilities
- Perform stakeholder analysis and identify stakeholder responsibilities.
- Develop requirements plans and completion estimates.
- Manage requirements risks, assumptions, and constraints.
- Define the business analysis approach, tasks, and deliverables.
- Lead requirements prioritization and facilitate stakeholder discovery and review sessions.
- Liaise between business and technical teams throughout project delivery.
- Analyze, document, verify, and validate business and system requirements.
- Maintain reusable requirements documentation according to enterprise and digital standards.
- Support design, development, quality engineering, test planning, defect triage, and root-cause analysis.
Required qualifications
- At least five years of Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst experience.
- Strong business and technical analysis experience.
- Experience with user stories, specifications, context diagrams, process maps, use cases, and user story maps.
- Experience on digital online and mobile banking projects.
- Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and agile projects.
- Experience with document analysis, interviews, workshops, observation, prototyping, focus groups, and surveys for requirements elicitation.
Preferred qualifications
- CBAP or PMI Professional in Business Analysis certification.
- CSM, CSPO, or a similar agile certification.
- Master’s Certificate in Business Analysis.
