Lead requirements analysis activities on medium to large projects across planning, elicitation, analysis, documentation, and management.
The role combines business and systems analysis within an agile digital banking environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Perform stakeholder analysis and identify impacted groups and responsibilities.
- Develop requirements plans, estimates, and analysis approaches for projects.
- Manage requirements risks, assumptions, constraints, and prioritization.
- Facilitate requirements discovery, analysis, review, and prioritization sessions.
- Bridge business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Document, verify, validate, and maintain business and system requirements.
- Support design, development, quality engineering, test planning, defect triage, and root-cause analysis.
Must-Have Qualifications
- At least 5 years of Business Analyst and/or Business Systems Analyst experience.
- Strong business and technical analysis experience with the ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions.
- Experience with user stories, specifications, context diagrams, process maps, use cases, and user story maps.
- Experience with digital online and mobile banking projects.
- Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and agile projects.
- Experience with document analysis, interviews, workshops, observation, prototyping, focus groups, and surveys for requirements elicitation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within large financial institutions is preferred.
- CBAP or PMI-PBA certification is preferred.
- CSM, CSPO, or similar agile certification is preferred.
- A Master's Certificate in Business Analysis is preferred.
