Job Overview
Senior Business Systems Analyst role based in Riyadh, acting as a bridge between KSA clients, product leads, and offshore engineering teams.
The role translates complex business visions into precise technical specifications across the software development life cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate stakeholder discovery sessions and refine business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Produce BRDs, SRS documents, user stories, and Gherkin-style acceptance criteria.
- Model solution flows using BPMN 2.0, flowcharts, state diagrams, sequence diagrams, ERDs, and integration mappings.
- Own and maintain the product backlog in Jira or Azure DevOps, including prioritization, estimation, and Definition of Ready checks.
- Support QA alignment and lead client user acceptance testing cycles.
- Localize system logic and user flows for the KSA market.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 6 years of Business Systems Analysis experience with mobile and web product development exposure.
- Strong business analysis, requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, SDLC, and Scrum knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and MS Visio or similar tools.
- Practical database and SQL knowledge; familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
- Native Arabic speaking ability and excellent written and spoken English fluency.
- KSA digital transformation and regulatory environment familiarity is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and time-management abilities.
