- Provide mentorship, support and system administration of an interoperable solution that enables integration of clinical and business workflows across core clinical systems
- Provide operational consulting support for all phases of project development, implementation, and system operations management
- Support and enhance existing applications and environments
- Provide mentorship to team members
- Lead production issue investigation and other medium scale projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Health Information, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
- Three (3) to Five (5) years of recent related experience with technical systems analysis including PM experience
- At least two (2) years of direct working experience on mission critical production system
- Familiarity with integration technology such as Microsoft Biztalk
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and Networking in a highly secured environment
- Experience with Windows Server troubleshooting and maintenance
- Experience with Microsoft SQL (database maintenance, performance measuring, writing ad hoc queries)
- Working experience of Web Services, IIS, and Certificates
- Familiarity with .NET Framework (C#)
- Experience with object oriented programming

Overview
- Fraser Health is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst for the Digital Patient and Provider Experience Team in Integration Operation.
- The role involves applying critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to investigate issues at all levels: application, DB, OS, network, and IT infrastructure.
- You will represent Operations in all phases of systems development life cycle and implementation projects.

Qualifications
