About the Role
Fraser Health is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join the Digital Enablement Team in Application Integration Services. You will provide application services consultation, lead small to medium projects, and work on technical artifacts.

Responsibilities
- Provide consulting support for all phases of project initiation, requirements, development, implementation, and system operations management
- Provide mentorship, support and system administration of an interoperable solution enabling integration of clinical and business workflows
- Participate in all aspects of SDLC, from requirement gathering to creating specification, from development to unit testing, from conformance test to production deployment
- Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for client facing and internal Informatics services delivery processes
- Provide strategic planning support and change management services by leading and providing senior level support in streamlining business processes
- Lead, develop, and maintain business processes necessary to facilitate care provider access to health and corporate information systems
- Provide senior level business analysis by carrying out workflow analysis, developing business information requirements and models
- Provide health information systems projects responsibility under the direction of the Lead or Portfolio Manager
- Analyze and diagnose health information systems applications and/or business issues and provide resolution
- Develop Service Level Agreements between Informatics and assigned business areas
- Resolve operational issues with health information systems as identified internally or externally
- Participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of health informatics goals, objectives, policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in health information, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Three (3) to Five (5) years of experience in a technical role, software development role, or project management role
- Hands on experience designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs and Web Services
- Solid understanding of integration patterns (e.g., event driven, message based, service oriented)
- Experience developing frameworks and services using .NET (C#)
- Working knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript)
- Experience with IIS configuration, SSL/TLS certificates, and secure application hosting
- Proficiency in SQL and strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including performance tuning and ad hoc queries
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as SSRS or SAP BusinessObjects (SAP BOE)
- Experience with Azure DevOps for source control, CI/CD pipelines, and work tracking
- Experience with enterprise integration technologies, such as Azure API Management, Functions, Logic Apps, is an asset
- Understanding of IT infrastructure and networking concepts

Salary
- Salary range: CAD 38.88 CAD 55.89 / hour.
