- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Experience within a major financial institution (nice to have)
- Exposure to regulatory or risk management initiatives (nice to have)

Role Overview
- Senior Business Analyst – Credit Risk & Regulatory Compliance (12 Month Contract)
- Location: Toronto, ON | Work Model: Hybrid – In office Wednesdays, Thursdays, and the first Friday of each month
- Duration: 12 Months contract (Potential Extension) | Hours: 37.5 hours/week, Monday–Friday, Flexible 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
What You'll Be Working On
- Partnering with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Facilitating workshops, meetings, and discussions to ensure alignment across teams.
- Translating business needs into clear functional requirements and supporting project delivery.
- Performing data analysis and investigative work, including SQL queries when required.

What We're Looking For
- 4–5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- Strong knowledge of Credit Risk Management.
- Experience working with Credit Risk data.
- Proven experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis and investigation.
- Experience working within large enterprise environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Experience within a major financial institution (nice to have).
- Exposure to regulatory or risk management initiatives (nice to have).
