About the Role
SS&C Technologies is hiring a Senior Business Analyst in Toronto to lead project life cycles, liaise between clients and development teams, and facilitate building applications. Responsibilities
- Participate in preparation of project plans applying Scrum/Agile methodology
- Lead participants in the project life cycle from inception to production
- Liaise between clients and internal development teams to ensure requirements are understood and documented
- Facilitate building or modifying applications to meet client and industry needs
- Engage in new client launches, conversions, activation of products/functionality, and support of production issues
Requirements
- Experience with requirements analysis and requirements management tools and techniques
- Experience in various project methodologies within the software development life cycle
- Strong understanding of IT systems and architectures
- Capability to analyze and model end to end business processes using BPMN, UML, or similar
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills
- Canadian regulatory expertise
- Proficient knowledge of Canadian Mutual and Segregated funds market
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies (SCRUM), and Release/Change Management
- Exposure to enterprise tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and SharePoint
- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem solving skills

Salary Range
- CAD 106,641 138,000 per year.
