Responsibilities
- Facilitate discovery sessions with regulatory staff, product owners, technical teams, industry/client users, and other stakeholders
- Document current state and future state workflows, decision points, business rules, risk thresholds, data inputs, outputs, and process dependencies
- Translate process needs into clear business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process models, and backlog items
- Support the proving phase for initial processes selected by the organization
- Identify opportunities to configure business rules, decision criteria, and workflows rather than embedding them in custom code
- Work with the Business Architect and Product Owners to maintain alignment between business priorities and technical delivery
- Support UAT planning, test scenario creation, issue triage, and iterative feedback sessions
- Document knowledge transfer materials, process guides, and business facing support content
Requirements
- 8+ years of business analysis experience on complex IT, digital transformation, regulatory, workflow, data, or application modernization projects
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories, Agile delivery, business rules, stakeholder facilitation, and UAT
- Experience with BPMN, Jira/Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro/Visio, Data Mapping, and Agile Delivery Practices
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada

Role Description
- We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst who will work directly with regulatory staff, business product owners, technology teams, architects, and delivery resources.
- Define current state processes, future state workflows, user stories, business rules, decision logic, data needs, and acceptance criteria.
- This role will be critical in ensuring that the platform is built with the business, not simply for the business.
