Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee BASE24-eps application design, development, and deployment.
- Drive environment readiness and stability during ST, SIT, and UAT phases.
- Review, validate, and execute installation plans, environment rebuilds, and upgrades.
- Provide technical leadership to internal teams and support effective customer engagement.
- Manage critical incident resolution, root cause analysis, and preventive measures.
- Ensure compliance with change and release management processes.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Essential Skills
- In-depth expertise in ATM and POS functionality, transaction switching, and EMV standards.
- Strong knowledge of BASE24-eps source code, application debugging, and problem resolution.
- Advanced proficiency in C++, Unix, and Tandem systems.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for BASE24-eps ATM, POS, and schemes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with end-to-end BASE24-eps implementation in banking or processor environments.
- Familiarity with transaction testing tools such as Asset and Azure systems.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and source code version control tools.
- Experience in code deployment and environment management across ST, SIT, and UAT.
