Senior Business Analyst – IT Applications

Lead discovery with stakeholders and translate business needs into clear, testable requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules).

Document current-state (as-is) processes and define future-state (to-be) workflows, including exceptions and handoffs.

Facilitate workshops to drive decisions on scope, priorities, and trade-offs

Support delivery through UAT planning, defect triage, and go-live readiness.

Write and manage RFP/RFQ packages, vendor evaluations, demo agendas, scoring, and recommendations for enterprise system selections.

Establish and improve BA standards, templates, and requirement quality across IT Applications.

7+ years of Business Analyst experience delivering cross-functional initiatives. Strong process mapping and documentation experience (current state and future state).

Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality requirements that reduce rework and ambiguity.

Experience leading RFP/RFQ processes and supporting enterprise software selection.

Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or operationally complex environments.

ERP and/or HCM project experience (selection and/or implementation). Familiarity with CRM platforms and integrated enterprise application landscapes.

CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum certifications.
