Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage operational activities across programs and service lines
- Schedule and facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements
- Develop agendas, capture action items, and ensure follow-through on commitments
- Pull, clean, analyze, and validate data from various systems and sources
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor performance and outcomes
- Translate analytics into clear, compelling stories for leaders and stakeholders
- Track program metrics, KPIs, milestones, and operational performance
- Support strategic planning, communications, and continuous improvement efforts
- Prepare executive-ready presentations, summaries, and insights
- Identify trends, opportunities, risks, and recommendations based on data
- Serve as a connector across teams to drive alignment and execution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 6’ years experience in business analysis, business administration, engineering, information science, health or science-related field.
- Master’s and 4’ years experience in business analysis, business administration, engineering, information science, health or science-related field preferred.
- CBAP Certified Business Analysis Professional, CCBA Certification of Competency in Business Analysis, or PMI-PBA Professional in Business Analysis preferred.

Experience with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms
Strong data visualization and data storytelling capabilities

Proactive, self-directed, and solution-oriented
Human-centered
Experience in learning environments /digital transformation preferred
