About the Role
Malomatia seeks a Senior Business Analyst for enterprise digital transformation programs. The role involves authoring BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows, partnering with Product Owners, leading requirement reviews, and supporting pre-sales.

Responsibilities
- Author BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows (As Is / To Be), use cases, and requirements traceability matrices
- Partner with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog; ensure stories are well formed, sized, and ready for sprint execution
- Lead requirement reviews and walkthroughs with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and QA
- Drive Fit Gap analysis between business needs and proposed solutions; recommend process improvements and digital enablers
- Maintain the requirements baseline; manage change requests, impact analysis, and version control across the program lifecycle
- Define and validate acceptance criteria; support UAT planning, defect triage, and release sign off
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys
- Produce executive grade documentation in English and Arabic suitable for client and steering audiences
- Support pre sales effort: provide requirements inserts, capability statements, and proposal content
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Excellent facilitation, written, and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English
- 3+ years of business analysis experience on enterprise digital transformation, data, or AI programs
- Proven experience working inside agile squads as the BA counterpart to a Product Owner
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications and well formed user stories
- Bilingual capability — Arabic and English — for stakeholder workshops, documentation, and executive communication
- Strong stakeholder management across business, technical, and executive audiences
- Professional certification: CBAP, CCBA, PMI PBA, or equivalent (nice to have)
- Exposure to AI/ML, advanced analytics, or GenAI use cases (nice to have)
